Andrew Holtz did an excellent job today with a thorough inspection of all our plumbing and related systems. He was clear in communicating the condition and status of each plumbing related item including the condition of pipes and faucets. He did not push for any unnecessary replacements or upgrades. The one issue that we will at some time in the future address he explained clearly about the need and value in addressing the issue and left us with a fair cost estimate. We would most definitely consider contacting HL Bowman and specifically asking for Andrew for any plumbing work.

I had scheduled another company to come out and fix my oven. After they didn’t show, I called HL Bowman. They were able to schedule me in two days later. Customer service was very prompt and informative. My technician, Alberto, could t have been nicer or knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly. Went over next steps and scheduled my next appointment for after he picked up the part. 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

Jake came by my house today to help me with ways to get my house more comfortable. He spent 2 hours with me evaluating all the components of my system. He gave me multiple prices for multiple options. Allowing me to be able to spend as little as possible to possibly installing a new system to replace my 20 year old unit. While doing this he was never pussy or opinionated to sway me one way or another. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products. Bowman Co is very lucky to have an employee like Jake.

Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic representative in the field for H.L. Bowman. He goes the extra mile to explain the details of the work he does, so no customer is ever left in the dark about any work performed, and the resulting resolution. I recommend Andrew for any future work, and H.L. Bowman is blessed to have him as an employee, and on top of that, he's one of the nicest guys I've met in a long time in business and law. So far, I have been impressed with HL Bowman. Communication has been very good throughout the process. I had a 35 year old heat pump that needed replacement, and I ultimately selected HLB to do the job. Their pricing was fair and in line with other proposals I had gotten. The difference was their explanation of their whole process from start to finish. Other contractors simply told me they'd get a new unit in place for $xx by xx date. I wasn't sure what I was getting. Jake came by to survey what I had and what I had in mind as a replacement. He ran heating & cooling load calculations to ensure the new unit was properly sized. A few days later, Quade and Alberto installed the new unit and it's working great. Final inspection will be done next week.

This company is great! I would highly recommend them. Andrew installed my garbage disposal and was excellent. He was quick, courteous, and honest. Also, they are military friendly and I will be doing business with them again! Thank you for such a pleasant transaction.

Andrew was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and very informative. He answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him. If my husband and I have anymore issues we will be requesting him for sure.
